After the success of the "Green Business Park Carnaperhof" in Essen BVI.EU continues its expansion in Germany
Essen, 5 October 2022. The project developer BVI.EU is continuing its successful course in Germany. Following the completion of the "Carnaperhof" Green Business Park in Essen, which is 95 percent let, the success story in the north of Essen is set to continue. BVI.EU is planning to develop another business park on the Carnaperhof site in coordination with the Essen development agency (EWG). According to the Essen success model, commercial parks are to be built across Germany. The first interested parties have already contacted BVI.EU.
New project in the north: the Lübeck Green Business Park
In the Genin district of Lübeck BVI.EU is developing a Green Business Park which will be ready for occupation at the end of 2023. Three buildings with 40 multifunctional units and sizes ranging from 70 m² to 3000 m² of floor space will be built here, as well as a customised 3,500 m² warehouse or logistics hall with plenty of space that can be tailored to the needs of each company.
Genin is a former village on the Elbe-Lübeck Canal in today's Moisling district, located only about 200 metres from the Lübeck motorway junction. Once home to the Genin brickyard, modern service structures, and new jobs are now being created in this part of town.
The "Carnaperhof" in Essen - a success story
In February 2022, the Green Business Park "Carnaperhof" in Essen-Nord celebrated its Richtfest ceremony. Now, just seven months later, the construction work has been completed, and the units are almost fully let. On the site around the former Matthias Stinnes coal mine, four modular buildings with 32 units on a total area of around 8,240 m² have been built in cooperation with the city of Essen and the Essen Economic Development Corporation (EWG).
Both the city and its residents benefit from the "Carnaperhof" park. So far, the project has created 130 new jobs. 20 companies, four from other nations, 10 from the Essen region and six from other regions have found a home here, including companies from the automotive industry, construction, marketing, health care, IT, banking, wholesale, measurement technology, mobility and industry.
Modular spaces for every need
Whether it's craftsmen, service companies, technology firms or start-ups, BVI.EU responds individually and flexibly to the wishes of its tenants. The waterproof and windproof units of the business parks can be individually adapted and, if desired, equipped with mezzanine floors. Regardless of whether production, distribution, storage and office space, B2B showrooms or laboratories are required, BVI.EU's modular solutions leave nothing to be desired.
The demand from micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for customised commercial real estate continues unabated. In addition, the modern and sustainable concept of the Green Business Parks, their high quality, and the creation of jobs contribute to the economic development of the respective location. In doing so, the developer uses a completely new approach: BVI.EU designs business parks as creative local hubs with community character for tenants from different industries, regions and countries.
“We are proud that our commitment to the German market is already a success with the successful project in Essen and our second upcoming project right in front of it. We are particularly pleased that in the near future we will also have an attractive offer for SMEs in Northern Germany with the Lübeck Green Business Park,” says founder BVI.EU, Michel Meers.
“The expertise and work efficiency of our German team around Development Manager Rüdiger Beckmann is very well received by small and medium-sized businesses, especially because BVI.EU relies on an excellent network of competent partners. We aim to expand our team and continue to grow in the field of future-driven mixed business parks,” Michel Meers continued.
